By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are intended to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency for both parties.

 

1. General

All Wallux products are made-to-order, customised, or produced specifically for each client.
While we make every effort to ensure accurate availability information, occasional discrepancies may occur.

In such cases:

  • Available items will be fulfilled

  • You will be contacted regarding back-ordered items

  • You may choose to wait for restocking or request an appropriate resolution

 

2. Shipping

2.1 Shipping Coverage

  • Free shipping across India

 

2.2 Dispatch Timeline

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation

  • Dispatch timelines may vary for custom, large-format, or specialised orders

Our studio operates Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.

 

2.3 Delivery Timeline (Domestic – India)

  • Standard delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch

  • Remote or special handling locations may require additional time

If delivery exceeds the estimated timeline, please contact us for assistance.

 

2.4 Change of Delivery Address

Delivery address changes are possible only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.

 

3. Returns & Exchanges

 

3.1 Change of Mind

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products:

 

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

This includes prints, frames, photo walls, and customised artworks.

 

3.2 Damaged Parcels (In Transit)

If your order arrives damaged:

  • If possible, reject the parcel at the time of delivery

  • If delivery was accepted in your absence, contact us within 48 hours

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Order details and description of the issue

3.3 Lost Parcels

If a shipment is lost in transit:

  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner

  • Once confirmed as lost, a replacement will be processed

4. Cancellations

As all products are made to order:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

  • Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of order placement only

  • Approved cancellations will be issued as store credit, not cash refunds

 

5. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS

  • Tracking updates are based on courier partner systems

 

6. Duties & Taxes

  • GST is calculated and displayed during checkout

  • All applicable taxes are included in your final invoice
